PMR radiators are manufactured using advanced all-aluminum construction with brazed furnace-welded cores for maximum strength and zero leaks. Each unit features:

- Tubes: Precision extruded aluminum tubes with internal turbulators for enhanced coolant flow
- Tanks: Reinforced plastic or full-aluminum tanks (model-dependent) with crimped gasket seals

- Material: 100% corrosion-resistant AA3003 aluminum alloy
- Welding: Fully brazed core using NOCOLOK® flux process (no epoxy, no leaks)
